This process prevents defective products from entering production or shipment, thereby enhancing product reliability and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
By adopting lean inventory management principles, we aim to eliminate unnecessary stock, utilize resources more efficiently, and minimize the time required to transform raw materials into value-added products.
